What is the price for doing lasik in Richmond, VA? Any doctor recommends? Comments?

Moving to Richmond, VA soon and think about whether to treat before surgery or it goes somewhere. Heard it is very cheap in the U.S.. Thanks .. I did an evaluation and the doctor said that my eyes are very small and may bid to cut the side open a bit, someone has an experience like this before. Thanks a million
