That sucks! I work in a LASIK center in San Jose, CA and Pleasanton, CA. It takes 3 months for your vision to stabilize. Therefore, it could be just that. Some patients see 20/20 on the first day w / LASIK. Some take 24-48 hours to notice improvement. Hopefully that gave him eye drops to use after surgery – antibiotics (Use of 5 days later), anti-inflammatories (also 5 days later), and artificial tears (for 1 month later) for use. Hope you do not go to a local "bargain" for surgery. I know that $ 499/eye sounds appealing and affordable, but certainly those are usually a doctor who is just beginning and need to gain experience. Even schools that offer "lifetime warranties" are a joke because most of them will not even be around 5-10 years later, when you need something.
