Lasik Recovery Dry Eye
Laser eye surgery recovery?
After my LASIK surgery, one of my eyes is extremely dry. The doctor told me in monitoring that any dry skin on the surface of the eye is making my vision blurry. Apart from using eye drops a lot (I'm a teacher, so I can not stop every hour or whatever to redo drops), is there anything I can use to help my eye heal?
My eyes a little dry for about a month or so after surgery. I really try to make sure you get the drops as often as possible because I really think it helps. As far as keeping them wet at work there is a product I've seen on TV that is a mist in his eyes. See the following link. Looks like something that could be applied throughout the day a whole lot faster and easier than drops. If you have a window in the classroom, you may want to open it up to raise the humidity in the room. Hope this helps and good luck. I've been loving my Lasik eye for almost a year!
