Lasik – is this regression or dry eye?

I had surgery lasik May 20 – the recipe was pretty bad (very nearsighted). I was 20/20 about a month and noticed some fluctuations in my vision, which I thought was normal. About a week ago, I noticed that my vision was getting worse – I'm really afraid to drive. I saw the doctor today and said that my corneas are very dry. He said he is healing well, but slightly swollen. So he prescribed drops Lotemax, 1 drop 4 times a day. Restatsis I have been taking twice a day since my surgery. My question is – is this the blurring caused by dry corneas? Or are my eyes a regression? I almost wanted to give me a prescription for glasses, so I could see, because this is terrible. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds as the surgery was a success and now they are two of the complications of surgery. 1. surgery cut a lot of nerves that normally stimulates the formation of tears. Hopefully some of these nerves regenerate and mourn again begin to flow. 2. Your eyes are going through a volatile period between changes in corneal edema.     no! I would prefer eyeglasses bc when one has undergone eye surgery, removing the cataracts,there should be extra extra cares for the protection of the eyes. Like always wearing UV 400 protected eyeglasses when outdoors during the day, contacts is just not enough to block those harmful rays.So, its still the same, have to wear eyeglasses.And the way i know it, this surgery can only be done once, and haven’t known any other developments in vision care yet.

    It depends on the thickness of your cornea but if your thickness is normal than you have a low enough error to be corrected. However, there are other requirements such as you must have healthy corneas and your refraction should be stable for at least a year. Even if you pass those requirements you still need an evaluation to make sure your a good candidate.
