You'll experience slight dryness for the first couple of weeks, but you take Refresh Tears every hour. After that, you don't have to use it so often. I got my surgury in August. BEST move I've ever made. If you're near sighted, you'll be amazed how you feel when you open your eyes in the morning and can see everything perfectly clear. I can't recommend it enough. I still take eyedrops twice a day. Once in the morning, and again late in the afternoon. Not much dryness, it just makes me feel better psychologically. I will say, don't go for the $100 per eye specials I've seen sometimes. Look around, and go to the best you can find and afford. Its your eyes, and you don't want to mess around with them.
